Just so you know that the house wasn't perfect. The bowling ball in that room is covering a stain she couldn't get out of her carpet.

Would you believe that 95% of the furnishings from this house were bought from thrift stores or picked up curbs. This is so true. The couple who owned this house lived in Loudon County Virginia (where the average household income was 100,000) So it's no wonder curb shopping here would have been fantastic. but the thrift stores in this county got tremendous donations from the kind heart folks that live there.
I believe this lady because I sold a good deal of that stuff to her in the years that she haunted my thrift store. She had a heart of gold and I truly miss her now that I've moved away from her.
She no longer resides there I believe she's in KY or TN now - retired now and having a much deserved rest.
but I wanted you to see what could be done with a shoe string budget and a little ingenuity.
